If you head down to the Chincholi M.I.D.C area, you will find us at Plot No: C-17. We are situated near the Thermax facility in Mohol, which is how most people find their way to us. The address can be a bit confusing since Mohol and Thermax are mentioned a couple of times in the records, but once you are in the industrial zone, it is pretty easy to spot. The plot is fairly large, and we have enough room for our equipment and the daily operations we handle. It’s a typical industrial setting with a lot of metal, concrete, and the sound of machines nearby. The weather in Mohol can be quite dry, and the wind kicks up a lot of dust around the M.I.D.C, so we are always cleaning off our desks. We aren't really the type for long meetings or corporate speeches; we mostly just get to the site and start working on whatever needs doing that day. There’s a small area where we take our lunches, usually just sharing whatever everyone brought from home. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us. The neighbors are all industrial units too, so we all kind of understand the rhythm of the workday here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand until it is time to pack up and head home for the evening.
