Jayesh Food Product

We are based over in Shiv Nagar, specifically on Suit Mill Road here in Latur. It’s a busy area with a lot of small manufacturing units and shops. Our food product unit is right in the middle of it. The day starts early with the sound of the mills nearby. We spend our time processing the raw materials we get. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the machines are running okay. The air is often filled with the smell of what we’re producing. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The floor gets messy and we are always cleaning up after ourselves. We have a few guys working here who have been with us for a while. We know the local suppliers well and they drop off stuff throughout the week. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of living in Latur. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just make the products and send them out. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. The road outside is always full of tempos and bikes. We take our tea breaks together under the shade when it gets too hot. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. No drama, just work. We keep our tools and machines in order and hope for a good season every year.
