Murarji Peth is a busy part of Solapur. We are over at Uday Apartments, specifically number 11 on the second floor. Omprakash Jaju is usually the one you'll see first when you walk in. It’s a quiet apartment complex most of the time, though you can hear the street noise if the windows are open. We’ve been working out of this space for quite a while now. The rooms are filled with old files and desks that have seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. This is where we handle all the associate work that comes our way. Solapur gets quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the surfaces. Most people who come here are locals who have known the family for years. We sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what needs to be done. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a simple routine. We start around ten in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s not a flashy business, but it’s ours. The address at 7/9 Murarji Peth is easy to find if you know the landmark. We just do our thing and go home. We don't have any big staff meetings or fancy titles.
