Our Solapur office is at 1325A in Bhadravati Peth. We are right near the Bhadravati School, so you can always hear the kids playing during recess. It’s a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. Ivrcl Infrastructure & Projects Ltd has been in this spot for some time. The building is older, with high ceilings and those heavy wooden doors. We have a lot of storage space for equipment and rolls of paper. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a real headache if you arrive late in the morning. Inside, it smells a bit like old paper and ink. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The desks are pushed together to make more room for the big blueprints we have to study. During the festivals, the whole street gets decorated, and it becomes hard to get any work done with all the music. We usually take turns going out for tea. The local market isn't far, so there's always a lot of movement around here. It’s a very local vibe. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the staff has been here for years. It’s a straightforward workplace where we manage the local projects and handle the logistics. Nothing too polished, just a regular office in a busy part of Solapur. It gets the job done for us.
