Indira Hospital

Our hospital is located right in the middle of Jamkhed. We have been a part of this local community for a long time, providing a place for people to come when they are not feeling their best. Jamkhed is not a huge place, so word usually gets around pretty fast about how things are going here at the hospital. We do not have any flashy signs or big marketing campaigns to pull people in. We just have our building and our staff members who show up every single day to do their jobs. The hospital is very simple, with basic rooms and a waiting area that sees a lot of use throughout the week. We get all kinds of people coming in, from the nearby farm workers to the local shop owners. Sometimes the wait is a little bit long if a few emergencies happen to come in at the same time, but everyone is usually pretty patient about waiting their turn. We do not try to act like a big city hospital with lots of confusing rules and mountains of paperwork. We keep things as simple as we possibly can so that people do not get overwhelmed. The doctors here are plain-speaking people who just tell you the situation like it is. We have seen many local families grow up over the years, from bringing in new babies to looking after the older grandparents. It is just a regular hospital doing daily work for the people living in Jamkhed.
