You can find Vaishnavi Multicons Pvt. Ltd. on the lower ground floor of Saurabh Apartment along Hotgi Road. Being in the basement means it stays a little cooler during the hot afternoons, which is nice because the road outside gets very busy and warm. Our office is not very large, and it is filled with rolls of plans, site photos, and various files that seem to multiply every week. We spend a good chunk of our time meeting with people or heading out to different sites around the area. Hotgi Road is a main stretch, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background. We have a couple of old desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they serve the purpose. Construction work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication, so the phones are usually ringing. We are not the type of people to wear suits; usually, it is just plain clothes that can handle a bit of site dust. It is a practical space where we try to stay on top of all the different projects we have going on. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, just drinking coffee and looking over drawings. It is a simple setup in a convenient part of town, and we have been operating out of this apartment building for quite some time now.
