We are situated at 77 Railway Lines, which is right across from the Mayor’s Bungalow. It is a well-known spot in the 413001 area. Our building has been here for a long time, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Being near the bungalow makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from around here. We run a fairly quiet operation most days. The hotel has rooms that we try to keep in good shape for whoever walks in. It is not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We have the usual stuff you would expect, like beds and bathrooms that work. Sometimes the pipes make a bit of noise, but that is just an old building for you. We do not spend much on advertising; mostly people just see the sign or hear about us from someone else. It is a practical place to stay if you have business near the railway or the government offices. We handle the cleaning and the maintenance ourselves for the most part. If a bulb goes out, we are the ones climbing the ladder to fix it. It is a lot of work keeping up with a hotel, but we have gotten used to the routine. We like the location because it is central but does not feel like the middle of a crowded bazaar. Just a regular hotel for regular people.
