Gawade Hospital

Over on Gunawadi Road at number 411, you’ll find us at Gawade Hospital. Baramati is a busy place and this road is no different from the rest of the town. We spend most of our time dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the rooms are tidy for the next person. The building is easy enough to spot if you’re looking for it. We have some regulars who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their family. The staff here has been together for a long while, so we kind of know how everyone takes their tea. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the afternoon, but we manage. It’s a practical setup. We don’t go in for big advertisements or fancy slogans. People just know where we are. The front desk is usually the busiest spot in the whole place. I remember when we first set things up, it felt much bigger than it does now with all the files and equipment everywhere. Baramati keeps growing and we see new faces all the time. The afternoon sun hits the front windows pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down mostly. It’s a quiet enough operation inside, despite the noise from the road. We just try to keep things simple and get through the day's tasks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here at Gawade Hospital on Gunawadi Road.
