Our office is located in North Solapur, specifically at number 19 in the Tirupati Balaji Society in Shelgi. It’s a bit different from our other locations because Shelgi has a more residential feel to it. The society is a quiet place, which is nice when we need to focus on the technical details of a construction project. Being in Solapur, we are a bit of a hub for the work happening in this part of the state. The office is basically a converted house, so it has a bit of a homey vibe, though it’s strictly for business. We have the standard setup of computers, printers, and a big table for looking at drawings. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are moving equipment in and out. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the site teams and making sure the paperwork for the Solapur projects is in order. It’s a steady pace of work. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find someone at a desk. The local tea is good, and there are a few small shops nearby where we grab snacks when the afternoons get long. It’s a simple, practical way to run a construction office, and it works well for the team we have here in the 413006 area.
