Our office is located in a building called Arpan, which is at Plot No. 90 in Swami Vivekanad Nagar on Vijapur Road in Solapur. It’s a fairly straightforward part of town, not too far from the main roads but tucked away enough that it isn't constantly noisy. We are known as Endurance Group, though our official registration says Anurang Engineering. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. The office itself is very plain. We have some desks, some chairs, and all the usual equipment needed for an engineering-focused business. Solapur is a place where people value hard work, and we try to stick to that. There aren't any fancy posters about our values or anything like that on the walls. We just come in, see what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. The weather in Solapur can be quite dry and hot, so we make sure the fans are always running. Our team is small, and we all know each other well, which makes the workday go by a bit faster. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to sound like a big multinational company. We are just local people providing a service. Finding our plot can be a little tricky for someone who hasn't been here before, but once you're in the neighborhood, it’s easy enough to spot. We just focus on keeping things simple and making sure the work is done right.
