Enabler Essential Foundation

Our foundation is located at Bungalow Number 4 in the Maheshwari division. We are quite close to Patil Nagar, just off Barshi Road here in Solapur. The bungalow is a bit older and has a lot of space, which we really need for all the things we do. It is nice having a little yard out front, though the grass doesn't grow very well in the Solapur heat. We spend most of our time inside where it is a bit cooler. We have several rooms that we use for different tasks, mostly just filled with desks and old metal cupboards. There is no fancy decor or expensive carpets on the floors. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. We don't have a strict hierarchy or many formal meetings. We just talk to each other throughout the day and figure out what needs to be finished. Sometimes we walk over to the local stalls on Barshi Road to get some vada pav for lunch. It is a very casual atmosphere. We have been at this location for a long time and the locals know who we are. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just do the work that comes our way. The office is usually a bit messy with papers, but we know where everything is. It is a simple, honest way to run a foundation in a city like Solapur.
