We are based in Solapur, specifically at 103 Phadnis Complex on Late I. K. Phadnis Marg in Siddheshwar Peth. This part of Maharashtra has its own pace, and our office sits right in the middle of it. The complex is an older building, well-known in the peth area. We deal with education-related matters, mostly administrative stuff and helping people figure out their next steps. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for what we do. Siddheshwar Peth is quite a traditional area, so you see a lot of the old city charm around here. Every morning, the streets are full of people going about their business. We get into the office around nine and start going through the paperwork. There is a lot of filing and data entry involved in our daily routine. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside when there is a festival or a local event, but that is just part of living and working in Solapur. We have a few desks, some old cupboards full of files, and a computer that’s seen better days. It is a very practical environment. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by looking for the Phadnis Marg address. It’s a steady kind of work. We appreciate being in a place with so much history nearby. It keeps things grounded for us while we work.
