Econ Building Products

Our place is at No.A-37 in the M.I.D.C. area of Chincholi. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise from the other units nearby. It’s a lot of metal sounds and engines running. Our building is a plain one, mostly just storage and a small space for us to sit. We’ve been in Chincholi for a while, and it’s a good spot for moving products because the roads are wide enough for the big lorries. Inside, we have stacks of building materials waiting to go out. It’s mostly concrete and dust on the floors. We don't spend much time making the place look pretty since it’s just for work. The guys wear heavy boots and keep busy with the loading. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the highlight of the afternoon. We have a small desk with an old computer where we do the invoices. It works well enough for what we need. Dealing with contractors and site managers is what fills up most of our days. It gets a bit lonely on the weekends when the rest of the industrial estate is closed, but during the week, it's a hive of activity. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we usually keep the big shutter open to let the sun in. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve known the other business owners on this block for years now, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s just a standard industrial unit, nothing special, but it serves its purpose for us every day.
