CMD Urban Nidhi Limited is located at Namdeo Deshmukh's place over in Kusmod, which is part of Malshiras in the Solapur district. Our address is basically the post office area of Kusmod, and it’s a quiet village setting most of the time. We are right in the middle of the 413301 pin code area. Living and working here means we see a lot of the same people every week. The office isn't in a big glass building or anything; it’s just a practical space where we handle the money matters for the people in the village and the nearby farms. We spend a lot of our time looking over papers and talking to folks who come in from the fields. Solapur can get pretty hot during the summer, so the office is usually a bit cooler than being outside, which makes it a good place to sit and talk. We don't have a big marketing team or fancy brochures. Instead, word travels through the village when someone needs something done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage to get everything registered and recorded eventually. It’s a straightforward life. We open up in the morning, wait for the neighbors to come by, and help out with whatever financial records they need to sort out. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and writing things down in books to keep track of every little detail for the community.
