Chemplast Sanmar Limited, Chennai

Our office is located in Sameer Apartment, specifically 84/85 in Block Number 15. We are out here in the Tuljapurves area of Solapur, right near the Boramani Talim. Even though the name says Chennai, this is where you will find us on the ground. It is a bit of a maze getting through the apartment blocks if you aren’t used to the layout, but 413002 is home to us. The space is basically a converted apartment, so it has that lived-in feel. It is not a corporate office park with glass walls. We have our desks set up where they fit, and there is always a kettle going somewhere in the back. The neighborhood stays busy with people coming and going from the Boramani Talim nearby. We hear the sounds of the street all day long, which keeps things from being too quiet. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It is a very local way of working. Chemplast Sanmar Limited, Chennai has been operating out of this unit for a while. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the phones and do the paperwork. It is honest work in a regular neighborhood. We like being part of the local fabric here in Solapur. It feels more grounded than being in some big industrial zone far away from everything.
