Our shop is at Raw House Number 158 in Raghvendra Nagar. It’s a quiet part of Jule Solapur, and we’ve been here for a good while now. The building is just a regular house that we’ve converted for our Cakebite Foods business. You can usually smell something baking if you’re walking nearby in the morning. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the ovens and the packing. It gets pretty busy around the holidays, and the kitchen can get a bit messy with flour and sugar everywhere. We try to keep it tidy, but that’s easier said than done when you’re right in the middle of a big batch. Solapur is a hot place, so we have to be very careful with how we store everything so it stays fresh. The address is 413004 if you're looking for it. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights or anything flashy. It's just a simple door. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or see what we are making. We spend most of our time in the back working. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to rush out to the local market to restock. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We like it that way because we can see exactly what’s happening with every single order.
