We are based out of Salagar, at house number 18. That’s where Devidas Maruti Patil lives, and it’s also where we run Bramhini Jaggery Sugar And Agro Products Limited. It’s a family-oriented setup, honestly. In this part of Solapur, sugar and jaggery are a big deal. We spend our days dealing with sugarcane and the process of making jaggery. It’s hot work, especially when the furnaces are going. The smell of boiling juice is something you get used to after a while. We aren't some massive factory; it’s more of a local operation. We have some help from the folks in the village when things get busy during the harvesting months. Our address in Salagar is pretty well known around here. You just ask for Devidas’s place and people will point you in the right direction. We try to keep things simple and honest. There’s no marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the jaggery is good and the farmers we work with are treated right. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it, which is just how it goes. We don't mind the hard work because it's what we know. Being in Solapur 413305, we are right in the heart of the farming community, and that’s where we like to stay. It's a busy life, but it's ours, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else doing anything different.
