The address is linked to Manik Raghurao, and it’s a very local, residential setup. Latur is quite a distance from the coast, so the air is dry and the sun is sharp. We don’t have a big glass building or a corporate park. Instead, we work out of this neighborhood where everyone knows their neighbors. Murud is a small place compared to Mumbai, but we find that we can get a lot done here without the distractions of a massive city. There are trees along the road that give some shade during the peak of the afternoon. Our daily routine is pretty consistent. We arrive, check what needs to be sorted, and get to it. The office is basically a few rooms with enough space for our documents and a couple of desks. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which is just fine with us. We have our tea and talk about the local news or the weather, which is usually a big topic when the monsoon is late. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we prefer this quiet way of working. It’s not about being a big name, it’s just about doing the work we have in front of us every day.
