ALBA Architects Ar.alok Baswanti

ALBA Architects is run by me, Alok Baswanti, and we are located at 190 D Budhwar Peth in Solapur. Our spot is right by Samrat Chowk in Ganesh Nagar, and you can see us directly opposite the Jain Mandir in Mitra Nager. It is a nice part of town, 413001, and very easy for people to find because the temple is such a well-known landmark. We handle architectural projects here, mostly focusing on local buildings and residences. It is a lot of work involving sketches, site visits, and making sure everything is up to code. I’ve always preferred a simple way of working. No big corporate offices or dozens of secretaries. It is just me and a small crew getting things done. We spend our mornings checking on construction sites and our afternoons in the office at Budhwar Peth finishing up drawings. The heat in Solapur can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We try to be honest with everyone about how long a project will take and how much it will cost. Building something is a big deal for most people, so we try not to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here in Ganesh Nagar for the foreseeable future. There is always plenty of work to do around here if you look for it and just stay focused.
