Our place is in Kondi, out in North Solapur. It’s on Plot Number 315. Being away from the big city like Mumbai or Pune makes things a bit different here. It’s quieter, and the pace of life feels a bit more manageable. We set up Ad’s Chul because we saw a need for what we do in this part of Maharashtra. We aren't a big corporate entity with a glass building. It’s a practical workspace where we handle our business. Some days the sun is really hot, and we just keep the fans going and stay focused. We work with local people mostly. It’s nice to know your neighbors and the businesses around you. The address is simple to find if you know the Kondi area. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. It’s just us doing the work. We handle various tasks that come our way. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s steady. We don't mind the quiet times because it gives us a chance to organize the office. People around here know us as the folks who work out of PNO 315. We try to be helpful and get things finished on time. It’s a basic, honest way of working. We started small and we’re still small, which is how we like it. Solapur is home, and we’re glad to be working from here. We don't need much more than a desk and a good connection.
