You can find us at Tirupathi Nivas in New Pachha Peth, Solapur. This is the local branch of Adecco India. Even though it’s a big name worldwide, here in Solapur, we are just a small team working out of this building. The address is 413006, right in the heart of the area. We focus on getting people into jobs. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers and some plastic chairs for people to sit while they fill out their forms. Solapur is a hardworking town, and we see that every day in the people who come to see us looking for opportunities. We don't have any fancy decorations or a reception desk that looks like it belongs in a hotel. It’s just a functional space. We talk to a lot of workers and a lot of factory owners. It’s about making those connections. We spend a lot of time on the phone. The weather here gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we really appreciate our small AC unit when it’s working. We don’t use polished language or corporate scripts. We just tell people what’s available and what’s not. It’s a lot of practical talk and sorting through details. We’ve been at Tirupathi Nivas for a while now, and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We just keep doing our bit to help the local economy move along, one job at a time, every single day.
