Unitech Appliance Private Limited

Unitech Appliance is out at 16 in the Hpsidc Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means there aren't many trees around, just a lot of sheds and trucks. Our place is basically a big open space where we put everything together. It’s got high ceilings and it gets quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. We have a small partitioned area that serves as an office, but most of the time we are out on the floor. There’s always the sound of some machine running or a forklift moving pallets around. We’ve been at this Hpsidc spot for quite some time now. The walls are a bit stained from all the work, and the floor has its fair share of scuffs. We don't have a lobby for visitors. Most people who come here are truck drivers or suppliers. We have a small stove in the corner for making lunch and tea. It’s a hardworking environment. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build appliances and make sure they are loaded onto the trucks correctly. Every morning starts with checking the schedule on the whiteboard. It’s a lot of physical work, but it’s what we know. We just keep the production moving and try to stay ahead of the orders. There is always something to lift or move, and that keeps us pretty busy all day.
