Tirupati Medicare is based on Nahan Road in Paonta Sahib. We are right near the NH-72, so the location is actually quite convenient for the transport trucks. Being in the Sirmour district, we get to see the hills every day, though we spend most of our time inside the plant. It’s a busy place with a lot of people moving around. The facility is set up for manufacturing and we have different sections for different types of medicines. It’s not the quietest workplace, especially when the packing lines are running full speed. We have a lot of workers from the local area and some who come from further away in Himachal. The air here feels a bit different than the plains, especially in the winter when it gets really cold in the mornings. We have our own way of doing things, and while it might look a bit hectic to an outsider, we have a system that works. The building itself is quite functional, with plenty of room for the storage of raw materials. We don't spend much on decorations; we just make sure the floors are swept and the machines are running as they should. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have backups to keep things moving. It’s a solid, honest place to work and we take pride in just getting the orders out on time without any fuss. The drive to work along the river is actually quite nice.
