Mahajan Scientific & Engineering Works

Our shop is right on The Mall, directly opposite the Yes Bank. It’s a prime spot, so we see a lot of people walking by every day. We’ve been here for a good while, dealing with scientific equipment and engineering parts. It’s a bit of a specialized business for a place like The Mall, which is usually full of cafes and clothing stores. Inside, it’s full of metal parts, tools, and different kinds of instruments. It smells like oil and metal in here, which is how a workshop should be. We spend a lot of time fixing things or helping customers find specific components for their projects. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical workspace where things actually get done. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with boxes of spare parts everywhere, but we know where everything is. The staff here has been working with machines for years. We don't do much talking; we just focus on the technical stuff. People come to us when they can't find a part anywhere else in town. The Mall is busy, but once you step inside our door, it’s all about the work. We keep the shop open during regular market hours. It’s a solid, old-fashioned kind of business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We keep the front door open during the day to let some air in from the street.
