We are based in Baddi, which is part of the Solan district. Our office is situated near the toll tax barrier, right in front of the Cadila Health Care Club. It is a very industrial area, so there are always big trucks rumbling past our door and a bit of dust in the air. We handle placements and other services for the factories and workers in this region. Because Baddi is such a hub for manufacturing, there is never a dull moment. We spend our days coordinating between people who need work and the companies that have openings. It involves a lot of checking IDs and making sure the paperwork is in order. The office is a practical space, designed more for work than for looks. We have been here for a while and have seen many people come and go. Sometimes the noise from the toll barrier can be a bit distracting, but we are used to the rhythm of the traffic by now. We usually have a lot of people dropping by in the mornings to ask about new shifts or openings. It is a lot of manual tracking and keeping our phone lines open. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a few benches where people can sit while they wait to talk to us. It is honest, busy work that keeps us connected to everything happening in this part of Solan.
