Our business is set up at Plot 173 in the DIC Industrial Area of Baddi. We are right near the Deepak Spinners Officers Colony. Being in an industrial area like this is a bit different from a market. It’s more about the noise of machines and trucks moving around. Stick-O-Stick Adhesive Tapes is based here in this practical workspace. The building is a standard industrial shed. Inside, it’s all about the production and the rolls of tape. It can get quite loud during the day, so we have to speak up to hear each other. There’s a small office area, but most of the action is on the floor. We don't have anything fancy like a lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and find us. The air always smells a bit like glue and plastic, which is something you just stop noticing after a few hours. We work long shifts sometimes to keep up with the orders. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and checking the machinery. We have a small crew and we all know what needs to be done. The road outside is often bumpy from the heavy vehicles. It’s not a glamorous location, but it’s where the work happens. We focus on getting the rolls out the door on time. It’s a simple, hardworking environment without any extra fluff or corporate talk.
