Sirvi Packaging

Our workshop is at Khasra No. 766/586 in Village Kunjhal, which is near the EPIP-I area in Jharmajri. Sirvi Packaging is right in the heart of this industrial zone. It is a bit out of the way, and you have to drive past a lot of other factories to find us. The building is a simple structure with a tin roof that gets very loud when it rains. Inside, we have machines for cutting and folding that run most of the day. There is always a smell of glue and paper in the air. We do not have a fancy board room or anything like that. We just have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. Most of our work is about getting the dimensions right and making sure the boxes are sturdy. We have a small group of workers who live nearby and walk to the site every morning. It is a very practical environment. We do not have a big corporate philosophy. We just try to make sure we do not run out of raw materials. The road outside is often dusty from the trucks. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon while the machines are being cleaned. It is a bit isolated here, but we like the quiet. We do not do much advertising. Most of our neighbors know what we do and that is enough for us. It is just a small packaging unit in a quiet village doing its thing.
