Our place, Shri Niwasji Oil Refiners Private Limited, is located at B-4 in Industrial Area-2 on Amawan Road. It’s a proper industrial site, so there’s always machines running and trucks coming in and out. It can be a bit noisy and dusty, but that’s the reality of what we do here. We’ve been operating out of this facility for years now. We don’t have a fancy head office in the city. Everything happens right here on Amawan Road. We have a small crew of people who know the equipment inside out. We don’t spend much time on meetings or planning. We’d rather just be out there making sure everything is running smoothly. The industrial area is a bit out of the way, but it’s where we need to be for this work. We don’t really do any promotional stuff or advertising. Most of our partners have been with us for a long time and know how we work. We just focus on doing the job and letting that speak for itself. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We try to keep the place as tidy as an industrial unit can be. There’s no big corporate culture here. We’re just a group of people working hard every day. We deal with things as they come up. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our focus on the day-to-day operations and our commitments. It's just us.
