Shree Naina Container Inc is situated in Village Katha, which is under the Baddi post office area. Baddi is known for its industries. Being in a village like Katha gives it a slightly different feel though. We have a lot of space here for the containers and all the equipment we need. It’s a dusty place sometimes. This happens especially when the wind picks up around the village. We aren't a high-tech corporate office. Most of our day is spent outdoors or in the large shed areas. We deal with the containers. We make sure everything is where it needs to be. The people who work here are mostly from around the local villages. We have a very simple way of doing things at Shree Naina Container Inc. We start when the sun comes up and we finish when the work is done. There is no corporate ladder here. It is just a group of us getting the job done. The address in Vill Katha is a bit off the main path. That works for us though. We have enough room to breathe. We don’t use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and fix problems as they happen. It’s an honest way to work. We’ve been here in Baddi for a long time now. We don't plan on changing how we do things anytime soon.
