Shiana Impex Llp is our business. We’re located at Plot No 55 in the Industrial Park at Jhar Mazri. That’s in the Baddi area of Solan, Himachal Pradesh. It’s a busy industrial zone, as anyone who lives around here knows very well. We do import and export work. It’s a lot of handling crates, checking shipping labels, and keeping the books straight. Our plot is right in the mix with all the other factories and big warehouses. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of writers. It’s just us. We focus on the work itself rather than how we look to the outside world. The office is a bit small, but it fits our needs perfectly. Some people think the industrial park is a boring place to work, but there’s always something going on if you look closely. We see different kinds of goods moving through here every week. We try to keep things simple in our daily operations. If a customer has a question, we just answer it directly. No corporate speak or long-winded explanations that don't mean much. We’ve been in Jhar Mazri for a while and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit since we started. The roads are much busier now, and there are more buildings going up every year. We just keep doing our thing at Plot 55. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us busy from early morning till evening. We’re just a local business trying to make things work in the Baddi industrial scene. It's not perfect but it's ours.
