You can find us near the Congress Bhawan on the Saproon Byepass Road. It is a fairly easy place to spot because of the landmark, though the road itself stays pretty packed with cars and buses going past. Being right on the bypass means we see a lot of people just passing through. Our office is a simple room where we keep all the travel schedules and booking books. There is usually a bit of dust coming in from the main road, so we are often wiping down the desks. We have some plastic chairs for folks to sit on while they wait for their paperwork to be finished. The tea stall just a few doors down is where we usually grab a drink when things get a bit slow in the mid-afternoon. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the front so people know they are in the right spot. Most of our day is spent answering questions about bus timings or trying to fix a booking that didn't go through the first time. The phone rings a lot, especially in the mornings when people are planning their day. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in scraps of paper and old tickets. It’s just how we work here. It feels like a busy little hub because of all the traffic outside.
