Sanion Micro International

Over at Sanion Micro International, we spend our days at Plot No. 139 in Sector 3 of Parwano. This part of the country is quite different from the big cities, and being up here in the hills changes the way you work. We handle micro-level components, which means a lot of squinting and careful hands. The air is a bit cleaner than in the plains, but the work is just as steady. Our building is a standard industrial plot, nothing too fancy, just enough room for our equipment and the desks. We’ve got a small group of people from around the area who come in every morning. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just have our tea, talk about what needs to be done, and then get to it. Sector 3 is full of other shops and businesses, so there’s always people moving around, but it never feels too crowded. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when the clouds come down low, but we stay inside and keep the production going. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the micro parts are handled right and that the orders get packed up correctly. It’s a quiet, practical kind of life here in Parwano, and we like it that way because it suits us just fine.
