We are Sanawar Hills Fruit Products Llp and we stay pretty busy here in Sanwara village. It’s a quiet spot near Kasauli, which is nice for this kind of work. Our actual address is in Mandodhar post office, Tehsil Kasauli, if you’re looking on a map. We’ve been working with fruit for a while now because that’s what grows around here in Solan. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us making sure the fruit gets processed right. The hills are beautiful but they make moving stuff a bit slow sometimes. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. We just use the space we have in the village. Most days start early and we just get on with things. It’s practical work. We deal with whatever fruit is in season and try to keep everything moving along. Solan is a good place for this sort of thing, and being in Sanwara feels right for us. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down, we're usually out back dealing with the crates and the machinery. It gets a bit messy sometimes but that's just how it goes when you’re working with fruit. If you ever find yourself near the Mandodhar area, you might see our small setup. We aren’t hard to find if you ask someone in the village. We just do our bit every day and hope for the best with the harvests.
