Ruchipack Industries

We are located in Village Kumarhatti, right on the road that goes from Nalagarh to Ramshehar in the Nalagarh Dist. It’s a bit of a climb to get here, and the roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon season when the heavy rain hits the hills. Ruchipack Industries has been in this spot for a good while now. We mostly do industrial packaging. The air up here in Himachal is a bit better than down in the plains, but Nalagarh itself is quite industrial and busy. Our factory is a practical space, full of big rolls of material and cutting machines that run all day. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a fancy magazine. We have people from the nearby villages working with us, so there’s a lot of local talk and gossip in the break room. We deal with a lot of manufacturing units around this belt who need their stuff packed properly before it gets sent out on trucks. Sometimes the electricity fluctuates, which is pretty common in these parts, so we have to manage our production shifts around that. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, people find us because they saw our trucks on the road or someone told them we do a decent job with corrugated boxes and sheets. The office is just a small room at the front where we keep the ledgers and the computer. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us.
