Ross Robinz Bio Tech

We are situated out in Barog, right along N. H.-22. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. Ross Robinz Bio Tech is basically just a local operation tucked away in the village area. Our building isn't very large, and it looks a lot like the other structures around here. We have a simple setup where we handle all our daily business. Being on the highway means we see a lot of trucks and travelers passing through, but it’s mostly quiet once you step inside. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. Usually, someone will just look up from their desk if you walk in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. The views around Barog are nice, which is a bit of a bonus for us during our breaks. We often bring our own lunch from home and eat together at the big wooden table. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have complicated hierarchies or formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s an honest, simple way of working. The mountain air is good, even if the winter gets a bit chilly in the office. We just put on extra sweaters and keep the small heaters running near our feet. It’s a steady, predictable life for us here on the highway. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
