Roma Pharma is tucked into Roma House over on The Mall. It’s an older building that has a lot of character, and we share the space with the main Roma Pharma Private Limited operations. Being on The Mall means there is always something going on outside. There are people walking by and shops everywhere, but once you step inside Roma House, it gets a lot quieter. We handle a lot of paperwork and manage the distribution of medicines from this office. The rooms are filled with filing cabinets and desks piled with orders. It’s not a modern glass-and-steel skyscraper, just a practical brick-and-mortar office where we’ve worked for years. We know the postman and the local tea sellers by name. The commute can be a bit slow because of the crowds on the street, but we don't mind the location. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the inventory lists. It’s a steady kind of work. We don’t do big presentations or have fancy coffee machines; we just use the old kettle in the corner. Sometimes the windows rattle when the heavy traffic goes by, but you get used to it. The focus is always on getting the right boxes to the right places. It’s a small team here, and we all know our roles pretty well. We keep things moving and try to stay organized through the busy season without much of a fuss.
