Protecting Our International Youth Federation

Our office is up in Parwanoo at Plot Number 19 in Sector 2. The air up here feels a bit different than down in the plains. It’s an industrial sort of area but you can still see the hills if you stand in the right spot outside. The building is a bit older and has some cracks in the plaster but it holds up well enough. We have a big gate that we have to lock every night and it’s always a struggle with the old key. Inside we have a couple of large rooms where we keep our stuff. The furniture is all mismatched because we just picked up pieces here and there over time. We have one big table where we all sit when we have something to talk about. It’s not a polished environment with glass partitions or anything like that. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and coats. Sometimes the monkeys come around the plot and we have to make sure all the windows are shut tight so they don't get in. It’s a quiet part of the sector and we don’t get a lot of walk-in traffic. Most people who come here have a specific reason to find us. We spend a lot of time just working through our lists and making phone calls. It’s a practical place to be and we’ve made ourselves comfortable here over the last few years. The floor is easy to clean.
