We are based out in Vill-Kharuni, near the Manpura post office in Tehsil Baddi. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, but this is where we have our manufacturing setup. Being in Baddi means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories, but our corner feels a bit different. We do a mix of things, mostly making parts and then figuring out how to get them sent abroad. Exporting adds a lot of extra steps to the day, mostly just dealing with boxes and logistics. The crew here is mostly local folks who have been around for years. We aren’t a huge operation, just big enough to handle what comes our way. The factory floor at Power Star Manufacturers & Exporters is always cluttered with materials. It’s a working space, so it’s never going to be spotless. We have some heavy machinery that takes a lot of maintenance. Some days everything runs smooth, and other days we’re scratching our heads over a broken belt or a late shipment. That’s just how it goes in manufacturing. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our work comes from people who already know what we do. We just keep the lights on and keep the production lines moving as best as we can. It’s honest work. The village surroundings are quiet compared to the noise inside the gates. The road to the village isn't always the best, especially during the monsoon when the mud gets everywhere, but the trucks still manage to get through.
