If you know Shimla, you know The Mall is where everything happens. Our office for Planet Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is right there in the St. Marks Church Building, specifically Set. No. 14. Being near the main SBI branch makes it easy for people to find us, though the crowds on the Mall can get pretty thick during the peak tourist season. We’ve been working from this spot for a good while, handling all sorts of infrastructure projects around the area. It’s a small space, but it fits us well enough for what we need. We aren’t some distant corporation with a hundred layers; we’re right here in the heart of Shimla. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of walking because that’s just how it is in this town. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace and the view. We focus on the work at hand and try to make sure every project we take on actually makes sense for the local environment. It’s just us, working hard in a historic building, trying to get things built the right way without making a big fuss about things.
