Our place, National Chemical And Pharmaceutical Works P. Ltd., is situated right on the Bye Pass Road in Kather. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of long-haul trucks and travelers passing by every single day. It’s a bit of a dusty location because of all the traffic, but it’s very convenient for getting our pharmaceutical products shipped out to different regions. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters; it's more of a functional site where the work actually happens. The building has been there for years, and it's seen a lot of use. We focus on making chemicals and medicines that people actually need. We don't spend our time writing fancy brochures or trying to impress people with big talk. We just focus on the batches we are running and making sure the quality is what it should be. The staff here are mostly folks from around Kather who have been doing this for a long time. We have a routine that works for us, starting early in the morning before the bypass gets too crowded. It's a simple life, really. We deal with the suppliers, handle the manufacturing, and get the orders ready for the trucks. There’s always something to do, and we don't mind the hard work.
