The office for Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is on Saini Majra Ropar Road, which is part of the Nalagarh tehsil. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road with a lot of trucks moving back and forth all day. Our place is quite large because of the kind of work we do, but inside it’s just people in lab coats or office clothes trying to get through their shift. The building has that industrial feel to it, with high ceilings and white walls that we try to keep clean. It’s not really a place for visitors to hang out. We have a lot of machinery and storage areas that take up most of the space. Most of us commute from nearby towns, so the parking lot is usually full by eight in the morning. It can get pretty loud with the fans and the equipment running constantly. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, just a small break room where we eat our tiffin and talk about the weekend. The work is mostly routine, checking labels and making sure the batches are right. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We just follow the steps and finish the day. Nalagarh is a hub for this kind of thing, so we fit right in with the other factories around here.
