Manuj Arts has been in the Lakkar Bazar area for a good bit now. We are located in the Siddhivinayak Building, which is right near Bhagat Bank. If you know the bazar, you know it stays pretty packed with people and shops. We fit right in there. Our space is filled with brushes, paints, and whatever projects we are currently working on. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but that’s just how art goes when you’re busy. We do a lot of hand-painted work and some digital stuff too, depending on what someone asks for. The walk up to our place is familiar to many of the regulars who’ve been coming to us for years. We aren't really about those big corporate vibes. We just like making things that look decent. Sometimes the paint takes a while to dry when the weather is damp, so we have to work around that. Being near the bank is handy because everyone knows where that is. We spend most of our daylight hours here, just getting through the list of tasks. It’s a simple life, really. We don’t have a fancy showroom. You just see what we’re working on right when you walk in. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we’re still here in the same old building, just keeping on with the daily jobs.
