We’ve been operating Logos Pharma out of Village Maissa Tibba for a while now. Nalagarh is where everything happens for us. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s a lot of work going on inside the facility every single day. We handle a lot of different pharmaceutical things here. Most people don't realize how much goes into making these products, but we see it firsthand. The team shows up early, gets the machines running, and makes sure things are moving. It’s not always fancy work, and the roads around here can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but we get the job done. We’ve got a good group of local people working with us. Sometimes things get busy and we’re all hands on deck. Other days, it’s just the routine maintenance and checking stocks. We don't spend much time on fancy offices because most of our day is spent on the floor or in the warehouse. Being located in a village means we know our neighbors and they know us. We just try to keep things running smoothly and stay on top of the orders that come in. It’s a steady pace here in Nalagarh. We don't do much talking about what we do, we just focus on getting the medicines ready and out the door. If you ever come by Maissa Tibba, you'll see our sign. It’s a practical place for practical work.
