Down in the Katha Industrial Area at Plot number 440/1, that is where you will find Fmcg Home Hygine Pvt. Ltd. It is a big industrial zone, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and other factories nearby. We spend our long days dealing with soaps, cleaners, and all that stuff people use to keep their houses tidy. The floors in here are usually smelling like strong lemon or bleach because of what we pack every day. It is a lot of stacking heavy boxes and checking inventory lists on old clipboards. We have a small crew of workers, mostly local guys who know the layout of the warehouse by heart now. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly or the truck arrivals get delayed for hours, but we just sit on the loading dock and wait it out. It is not a glamorous job by any means, just moving products from one side of the room to the other and making sure the labels are put on straight. The office is tucked in a small corner with a loud fan that never seems to stop spinning. We usually eat our lunch together near the front gate when the weather allows. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay somewhat organized. If someone needs a pallet of supplies, we get it ready and wait for the driver to show up. It’s a lot of routine, but it works for us.
