Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd

Our branch is situated in Parwanoo, which is in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. We are based at A-2, Block No-7, in Sector-6. It is an industrial sector, but since we are in the hills, the surroundings are quite different from our offices in the plains. The air is cooler, but the work is just as busy. We manage the distribution of Nerolac paint products for the Himachal region from this facility. The building houses both our office and a storage area for the paint buckets. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with the drivers who have to navigate the winding mountain roads. It’s a big part of our daily challenge, especially during the monsoon or winter months when the roads can be tough to drive. The team here is a hardworking group of locals who know how to handle the specific needs of this area. We don't have much time for corporate polish or fancy meetings. We just focus on making sure the inventory is correct and the orders are loaded onto the trucks properly. It’s a practical, no-frills environment where the main goal is just to keep the paint moving to the customers who need it. We like being in Parwanoo because it feels a bit more open than the crowded cities, even with all the industrial activity around us. It's a good place to work.
