Ipsita Foodz Private Limited is based out of a place at 1252, Dhadi Bhol in Nalagarh. It’s a quiet area and our building is just one of many along the road. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing with food products. The space we have is functional, with enough room for our equipment and a small area for the paperwork that always seems to pile up. Nalagarh is a decent place to be, and being in Dhadi Bhol gives us the space we need without too much of the city noise. Our days are pretty repetitive. We come in, check the supplies, get the production going, and then clean up before we head home. It’s not the kind of job that makes headlines, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We handle most of the tasks ourselves, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. If the machines act up, we try to fix them ourselves before calling anyone else. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place and the way the light hits the floor in the afternoon. Sometimes the trucks coming in for pickups make a bit of a mess in the yard, but we just sweep it up and keep going. It’s a simple operation and we like to keep it that way without any unnecessary fuss or complicated systems. We just want to get through the work list each day without any major problems.
