Indo Farm

We are based out in Phase 2 here in Baddi. It is a busy area with a lot of noise and trucks coming in and out all day long. This part of town is mostly factories, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighbors. We do stuff with farm equipment, mostly tractors and that kind of machinery. It’s greasy work and the floors are rarely spotless. We spend most of our time dealing with parts and making sure the assembly moves along like it should. Baddi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the heat in the summer, but we’ve been at this spot for quite a while. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Most of the people working here live nearby and commute on their scooters. We have some heavy tools and a lot of metal lying around. Sometimes things get delayed because a shipment is stuck, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a straightforward business. We make things that people need for their fields. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do much else besides the manufacturing and occasional maintenance. It is just a regular shop in the industrial belt, doing what we know how to do without making a big fuss about it.
