Hp Goverment Working In A World Bank Aided Project

This office is part of the Himachal Pradesh government, specifically working on a project aided by the World Bank. We are based in Solan. The full name of the place is the Mid Himalayan Watershed Development Project. My name is T.C. Kondal and I work as the Assistant Director for Institutional Development and HRD. Our office is up here in the hills, which is a nice place to work most of the year. We are mainly focused on the watershed project and how it helps the local area. There is a lot of administration involved. We have meetings, look at maps, and handle the human resources side of things for the project. It is government work, so there is plenty of documentation and reporting. We are located at Solan with the pin code 173212. It’s a busy office because the World Bank involvement means we have certain standards and timelines to meet. We aren't a private company, just a group of officials and staff trying to make this project work for the community. The hills of HP are beautiful, but the work is quite practical and grounded in development. We spend our days at the desks or out in the field sometimes. It’s a steady job with a lot of responsibility. We don't do any marketing, we just carry out the project tasks as assigned.
