Hillbistro Annapurna Llp is located in Village Binu, near the Sadhupul area in Kandaghat. We are at Ajay Bhushan’s place. It is a quiet corner of the Solan district, surrounded by green hills and trees. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than in the city. We like it that way. Our daily routine involves getting things ready for whoever happens to stop by. It is a small operation, mostly run by local hands. We do not have a big corporate manual or fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable for working in a kitchen and handling food. The road near Sadhupul can get busy during the tourist season, but otherwise, it is just the sound of the birds and the occasional tractor. We have put a lot of time into making this place work. It is not perfect—the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the chairs do not all match. But it feels like home to us. We just want to serve decent food to the people who pass through our village. There is no big secret to what we do. We just wake up, prep the kitchen, and wait for the day to start. It is a humble business in a beautiful part of Himachal. We do not need anything more than that. Most of our neighbors are farmers or other small shop owners. We all just get along and do our work.
