Fossettea Gourmet Catering Llp

Fossettea Gourmet Catering Llp is based out of the Mansaayan Estate in Dharampur, near Kasauli. We are located in Siharri Mushlmana. It is a very pretty area, though the roads around here can be winding and steep. We do catering, which means our kitchen is usually the busiest part of our day. It is not like a restaurant where people sit down; we are mostly preparing things to go out to different locations. The air up here in the Solan district is good for the soul. We have a small team of people who actually care about the food they are making. It is messy work sometimes, with flour on the floor and steam in the air. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. Our space is built for cooking and packing. We have been working out of this estate for a bit now. Kasauli is a quiet town, but we stay busy with different events and orders throughout the year. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time with the narrow mountain lanes, but we always manage to get through. We are not trying to be some giant catering chain. We just like making food that people enjoy eating. It is a lot of long hours on your feet. Your hands get dry from washing them so much, but that is the life we chose. We are okay with it.
